Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging, and you will need your online order number to initiate the return or exchange. If
the purpose of your return is to exchange the item, upon approval a
replacement will be sent to the original shipping address.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit shortly after your return/refund was processed, timing to receive it may depend on your card issuer's policies.
the reason for the return or exchange is due to seller error, sending
the wrong product, or product defect, we will cover all required
shipping cost. If the return is for any other reason, you may be
responsible for shipping cost, but it will be reviewed on a case by base
- Custom or Bulk Orders (Bulk is defined as any large order of 25 or more pieces, that is placed a discounted rate)
These items are not eligible for any return or exchange.
