Returns & Exchanges

You have
30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging. You can initiate your return here, you will need your online order number to initiate the return or exchange. If the purpose of your return is to exchange the item, you will be required to pay shipping cost for the return and new shipment. Unless the exchange is due to us sending an incorrect or damaged item, in that case we will pay all shipping cost.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, and your returned items are reviewed, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit shortly after your return/refund was processed, timing to receive it may depend on your bank or card issuer's policies. Refunds will be subject to a 3.5% processing fee, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Shipping Cost
If the reason for the return or exchange is due to seller error, sending the wrong product, or product defect, we will cover all required shipping cost. If the return is for any other reason, you may be responsible for shipping cost, but it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Items "Returned To sender" by mail carriers

If any packages are received back from a mail carrier (USPS, UPS, Fedex), the order will be refunded minus any shipping cost, and a 3.5% processing fee from our payment processor.

Non-Refundable/Exchangeable Items

  • Custom Products (Any product that is made after an order is placed for it.)
  • Bulk Orders (Bulk is defined as any order of 20 or more pieces, that is placed a discounted rate.)
  • Giftcards
  • Vouchers
  • Credits
  • Downloadable Products

    These items are not eligible for any return or exchange.
