Instructor Name Plates

Instructor Name Plate:

• .020" Aluminum
• Approximately 2" x 12"
  
• Plates DO NOT include magnet tape
  

How to order (Do a group buy of at least 10 name plates or more to get the pricing of $10 each):

1. Find a font on www.dafont.com and put name into "Preferred Font Name" field (All plates must have the same font)
2. In the "Engraved Name" field, type the name exactly how you want it engraved
   
3. Choose plate and engraving color from "Engraving Plate Color" field
   
4. Choose an Image for the left side
   
5. Choose an image for the right side
6. Enter the quantity of that plate that you want, repeat steps 2-6 until all desired name and image variations have been added to your cart
   

Custom Images:

Custom Images only have to be paid for once per custom image, per order. To prevent multiple fees for the same image, add 1 plate to your cart with the "Custom" option selected in the image field. If your order will have 2 custom images, then add 2 to your cart with the "Custom" image option selected. For the remaining plates that will have the same custom images, select "None".

We will contact you after your order is placed to get the images, along with to verify which plates will get which designs in what location.
